Of course, we were back at the BIOFACH trade show in Nuremberg in 2026! As part of the “Young Innovators” pavilion in Hall 9, we had the opportunity to showcase our products alongside many other startups. We’d like to thank the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy for this opportunity—they’ve been funding, supporting, and guiding us along the way!

Over the past three years at BIOFACH, we’ve had countless inspiring conversations. We’ve taken your feedback to heart, reflected on it, tested it, and improved upon it. Three years ago, we stood here with a prototype. This year, we returned with a wealth of experience. Backed by extensive testing, with a clearer vision of our future, and of course, with melted cheese.

Because in 2026, we deliberately focused on hot applications. We wanted to show just how versatile Viva la Faba really is in everyday life. There were quesadillas, cheese chips, cheese pretzels, pizza rolls—and, of course, grilled cheese sandwiches. We wanted to demonstrate everything our cheese can do: how it melts, how it browns, and just how crispy it can get!

Your reactions were amazing! It means so much to us to get to know and meet the faces behind our community. Being able to talk with you about our product makes us proud; it challenges us and drives us forward.

Even though we unfortunately couldn’t give you a definitive answer to the question “Can we finally buy your cheese now?”, it motivated us more than anything else. Because it shows that you’re with us, that you remember us, and that you’re part of this journey.

Thank you for believing in us and walking this path with us.
